Saturdays 09:00 to 12:30 Saturday afternoon and Sunday office hours will be given orally to campers. Campers are responsible for payment of the full period of their booking.
If bookings are cancelled, the following fees are applicable:
A minimum ammount of R 150 will be charged on a cancellation
31 days or longer before arrival date - 25% of deposit or 25% of full amount of "Block Bookings" |

Please note payment as required is payable as requested, in the given banking account, and the deposit slip, rules, and fax sheet, must be faxed to bookings 086-6917559. If not, the booking will be cancelled automatically without further notice. Please use your surname and date of stay as reference on the deposit slip. Bank guaranteed cheques, cash or direct payments into the bank account will be accepted, no post dated cheques will be accepted. Cheques must preferably be made out in “cash” or otherwise “Hennie Fouchè Boerdery”.
No discount will be given, or refunds made if a camper leaves earlier than the departure date as booked.
Only 2 Adults + 2 Children ( including students ) one vehicle, one caravan with a rally tent will be allowed per stand. If arranged beforehand a small loose tent may be erected for children. For extra person 5 and 6 or an extra vehicle an additional fee will be payable.
Ablutions are only cleaned once a day in the morning (but not on Sundays).

Each stand has it's own ablution block with power i.e. shower, washbasin, toilet and kitchen with shelves and double basin.

- Lapa for enjoyment for everyone to relax in, with DSTV, Pool table and table tennis.

- Big marsh area for bird lovers (145 plus) bird species. (Visited by Bird Life South Africa).
- Sport facilities 13 km from Eden Park to Naboomspruit (Mookgophong) e.g. golf, bowls, tennis and jukskei.
- Game in the resort are Impala, Blesbuck, Koedoe, Eland, Duiker, Bushbuck, Blue wildebeest, warthogs and bushpigs.
Tuck-shop with something to eat and drink, firewood and ice. IMPORTANT !! – Come and reload your battery in our peaceful Bushveld.

Betaling sal geskied soos versoek met bespreking en in die ondervermelde bankrekening gedeponeer word. Die depositostrokie, reëls en faksblad moet gefaks word aan besprekings 086-6917559, andersins sal die bespreking onmiddelik gekanselleer word sonder enige kennisgewing. As verwysing op betaal strokie sit u van en tydperk van verblyf in asb. Bankgewaarborgde tjek, kontant of direkte inbetalings by die bank word aanvaar. Geen vooruitgedateerde tjek word aanvaar nie. Tjeks word verkieslik uitgemaak “kontant” andersins “Hennie Fouchè Boerdery”.
Daar word geen korting toegestaan of terugbetalings gemaak indien u voor die bespreekte vertrekdatum vertrek nie
Slegs 2 Volwassenes + 2 Kinders ( ingesluit studente ), een motor en een woonwa met ‘n rally tent word per staanplek toegelaat. Vir persone 5 en 6 asook ‘n tweede voertuig, is daar ‘n ekstra bedrag betaalbaar. Klein los tente vir kinders word wel toegelaat.
Ablusie huisie word net eenmaal in die oggend skoon gemaak (nie op Sondae nie).
